Jess is a soft tissue injury and body mechanics specialist with a background in human body studies ranging from the hospital setting to the psychology classroom and neuroscience lab to the personal training gym.

Jess is fascinated by the machinery of the human body and the way bodywork utilizes the connection between brain and body to create long-term change in movement patterns. With over 10 years of functional anatomy study under her belt, she provides a safe space for you to relax and learn about your body to achieve your movement goals with lasting results.

Jena attended an accredited massage school and is knowledgeable about human physiology and function. She has worked with hundreds of massage therapists worldwide in learning different healing patterns and practices. Jena has also taken physical therapy, anatomy, and physiology classes. In addition, Jena finds pure and genuine joy in healing others and alleviating their massage needs.

Jennifer is a Massage Therapist who is ABMP certified and has completed the 500 hour Massage Therapy Certification Program at Chico Therapy Wellness Center. She has over 650 hours of education and strives to be proficient in many different message styles and modalities to increase her ‘toolbox’ of skills.

Along with Swedish techniques, she specialize in Myofascial Release, Sports Injury Massage, Ashiatsu, and Table Thai (Thai massage that is performed on the massage table vs. the traditional mat on the floor).

Do you prefer deeper pressure? Try an Ashiatsu massage! In this session the masseuse will stand on the massage table and hold onto bars near the ceiling for balance.Then she uses her feet and partial weight of her body to message you. This modality uses slow, long, gliding strokes and allows her to apply deep, broad pressure. It can be very relaxing while achieving maximum res.
